Dr Horton - Very annoyed townhome owner in Tampa, Florida
I submitted my warranty request with 17 issues on it, on October 31st, 2016, and to this date this is what I have gotten from them "nothing", not even an acknowledgement of my request, no phone call and no email. If this is the way DR Horton works it is not what sold me to purchase this property, I understood you stood behind your workman and craftmanship.
I have been led to believe this is not true. If this is the way complaints are handled, I am shocked and feel very let down, to the point where I am seriously thinking of selling my unit and getting out of here. Can someone have the decency to contact me.
My phone is 201-819-****. If your Warranty Department is run so poorly imagine what I think of your managing company Rizzetta whom is a complete flop.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $11.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Dr Horton Cons: Very disappointed with overall workmanship.
