I was told to wait untill I have been in my new DRHorton for 11 months, then submit a "warrenty repair" form and they would take care of everything. That was 3 months ago and I am still waiting.
Although some trades did show up, but most created more damage than when they began and most could not speak English so I couldn't explain to them what was wrong. The warrenty supervisors were not much help either since we have had 4 different representatives since we purchased the home and each time, we have to start over from the begining. I thing their plan is to simply wear us down so we will get more frustrated and go away.
I asked the warrenty representative why their trades people were such amaters and he said, "If we had better trades - you would pay twice as much money for your home". I told him that's BS because this simply is not a million dollar home!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Very disappointed with overall workmanship.
