We recently purchased a home in the Magnolia Express Leander Tx . We had a large puddle of water on the side of the home which we pointed out at closing and were told it was due to "heavy rain" or over watering. We contacted Dr Horton after we received a water bill of nearly $500.00 for first months usage (2 people). Anonymous Oh my. I am having the same is in Fayetteville, Georgia. I will never recommed DR Horton to anyone.

If we had it to do all over again, we would not buy a home from Crown. Once they have your money they could care less. We submitted our 10 month warranty and 5 months later still they have not been out to fix our issues. We have left numerous messages and we only got a reply back when we threatened to sue.
