Shoddy construction, unprofessional staff, issues go unresolved, staff is rude and condescending. Worst experience of my life!
Many issues were noted on my original walk through. Few were addressed at final walk through the day of closing. Closing was a nightmare. Final numbers on providing payment were not available until the last minute.
Closing took way too long and the gentleman handling left in the middle and went to Starbuck's for coffee and left me sitting in the office. No consideration for the fact I was taking time out of the office to be there.
Two months later, I was only able to get my punch list addressed by complaining up the food chain, which should not have been necessary and has resulted in my having a poor reputation in my neighborhood for being a complainer. Not pleasant in a new home.
