I called D R Horton many times regarding the lack of hot water in the downstairs bathroom.Someone would come out but never fix the problem.

This continued until the first thirty days were up and then they would send an employee out who would claim they were never called in the relevent time frame. Taking matters into my own hands I called a plumber to come out and am now told it will cost @$1200.00 to fix.

I have called and emailed D R Horton customer service to no avail.They do not follow up and if it cost any money or lots of time they won't touch the repair.

Had an Experience with Dr Horton?
